We offer a varied mix of efficiency apartments, one-bedroom efficiency apartments, standard one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom duplexes. The apartments vary in size from 438-689 sq. ft., while duplexes range from 1338-2000 sq. ft. Some duplexes have basements but all have laundry hook ups and require residents to furnish their own major appliances.

• Two-bedroom “4 plex” unit 1190 sq. ft.
• Two-bedroom duplex unit 1339 sq. ft.
